The Home Matters to Arizona Portfolio of Funds
The Home Matters to Arizona Portfolio of Funds is a centralized application portal that provides applicants access to multiple funding opportunities focused on housing and social determinants of health. Projects submitted through this portal will be evaluated by partner funders based on the components of social determinants of health.

Who Should Apply?
Nonprofit organizations or government agencies seeking grant funding for the physical development or preservation of affordable or workforce housing and/or the physical and programmatic social determinants of health (SDOH) components of a housing development project.
Nonprofit or for-profit organizations looking for loan (including predevelopment) funding to support affordable or workforce housing development that includes SDOH components.
Note: The 2026 cycle will not consider emergency shelter, transitional housing, or general SDOH programs not directly tied to affordable or workforce housing development.
